We are able to fix most appliances that we get called out to, but if your appliance is beyond economical repair, or you don’t wish to have it repaired for any reason, we charge a reduced Diagnosis Only fee of £45.
We only charge for parts if your appliance needs them, but 4 out of 5 repairs don’t require any parts.
We accept cash and most major credit cards (except Amex) and take payment at your home at the end of our visit.
